WOYWW: Waiting for the glitter to dry.

I am really enjoying the WOYWW at Julia's blog, so thought I would give it another go this week, it is a good excuse to have a nosey at other crafters workspace's.
Although it was only 4.30pm it was already dark when these photo's were taken on Tuesday evening.
Do people still send Thank You card's for their prezzies at Christmas? I know my daughter Nicola always makes sure Grace sends them out.
Don't you just hate it when the glitter glue takes ages to dry, nearly as bad as waiting for your nail varnish to dry, I always smudge it.
I made these to sell at the Christmas bazaar on the 27th. I used Contempo Christmas Stamp by Stampin Up.
Also on my desk is the bauble punch which is just made for the bauble stamp, and those fabbie Timmee scissors which were a gift from the lovely and so talented Kath

  4. Love the cards. Thank you's seem to have gone by the wayside with a lot of people these days, more's the shame!!

  5. I love the simple striking design of your thank-yous. And yes, we do send out thank you's to those folks we don't get to see in person.

  10. Certainly a busy desk here but lots of nice things have been brought out to play with. Thanks for sharing your workspace with us. My children were both brought up that they had to send thank-you's for things they had for birthday/Christmas - it used to be little notes/cards but obviously has progressed to e-mails/messages on Facebook. Best wishes, Kym xxx (WOYWW No 34)

  13. Brilliant cards - waiting for stuff to dry is one of my weaknesses often had to modify a card where I just touched it to see if it was dry lol

  15. The rule in our house is if you don't see the person who gave you the gift to thank them personally, then you have to do a note or ring. Wuite sure your cards will sell fast, they're lovely. The glue drying thing - you could do with a completely seperate desk for such jobs, huh!

  19. I am in love with that stamp and those cards. They are stunningly elegant. Sorry I'm so late getting here. You would think since I had most of my obligations out of the way, I would have freed up a bit more computer time. Unfortunately, what happened was, I was so far behind, I became overwhelmed. Will try to do better this week.
