All Sorts- My First Christmas Card

I bought the Creativity Mag and Christmas goody bag at the weekend, and thought that I would make my first Christmas card, I have seen a lot of Christmas card already on other blogs and know that a lots of you have already made a start.

The sketch on All Sorts challenge blog suited some of the items in the goody bag. I don't often use mirri card except at Xmas but it does make such a nice effect.

Just magnolia. loves me..loves me not

Isn't this a cute image, I love it, it reminds me of my little granddaughter Grace, picking daisies and singing I Love Him..I Love Him Not..I know the words are wrong but I think she got them about right, I prefer this version.

I made this for the Just Magnolia sketch and used papers by K & Co.

Mojo Monday 94

The weather here is cooler today, which is a relief it has been so hot. Here's the card I made for Mojo Monday. I dug out some old papers by HOTP which I bought when I first started card-making, and the super stamps from Unity Stamp Co.

Card Pattern 22 -Wedding Card

Love the sketch this week on Card Patterns, this is a classic one I'm sure I will use over & over. We have a wedding to go to soon so thought I would a card for the occasion. I hand cut and glittered the flowers and added pearls.

It a friends wedding Anniversary later in the week so I made this for them. Lucky lady, her husband is taking her to Paris, I'm sure she will love it. When it was our silver wedding anniversary Brian took me to Paris, it was my first visit there and it is certainly the city of love.

It's been another hot day here today, too hot to be stuck inside, but had to finish this card, a bit of a complicated sketch on The Next Level blog this week, I used my new Unity stamps from Unity Stamp Co and papers from K & Co.

Mojo Monday 93

Wow it so hot again today, sitting here with the fan blowing on me and I,m still hot. But a girl's got to do what a girl's got to do, and that is to have fun. My new stamps came yesterday from Magnolia stamp club "Summer 2009" and they are so sweet I just had to play. Love the sketch at Mojo Monday this week, I used the papers from K & Co again "Wild Raspberry" I just love these papers so much.

It is a really hot day here again, and so this is a quick card, far to hot to be inside. My friends little boy will be 4 in July so I thought I would use the sketch from 2 sketches 4 you, for his card, the papers and chipboard stickers are from Basicgrey, I was going to to put his age on the card but just in time had second thoughts about it, not really appropriate, (think about it)

A lovely summery card for a beautiful June day. The weather is just glorious, 30 degrees today. To nice to be doing housework. Fab sketch at Just Magnolia this week,by Bev and Bare foot Tilda fits in so well with the weather.
