Sweet Sketch Sunday: one of a kind.
Iv'e been wanting to use these stamps since I got them last month from Unity Stamp Co; and this sketch by Karen is just perfect for them. I have had the DP so long I can't even remember where I got it, but love the swirls.
Mojo Monday: You rocked it!
I've wanted to use this stamp for a while, but wasn't sure about how to use it but when I saw the sketch this week from Mojo Monday I just knew what I was going to do with it, love these papers which I got in my goodie bag from the lovely Sue and Julie at Craftworks Cards at the NEC in March, but again wasn't sure where to use it also but I think they go together quite well. although I did spend ages deciding on which papers to put where.
Papers: Fancy Pants; rusted sun
Stamps: Unity Stamp co.

May Peace Be Yours:
No challenge cards today, but been having a little play with some ideas for Xmas. Yeah! Christmas in May.
Grace is coming over later for a sleepover, haven't seen her for a couple of weeks so really looking forward to having her here. The weather here is fabulous again today so I think maybe a picnic this afternoon. Had instructions from her mum that she can watch the 1st half of Over The Rainbow but the results are not until 8.55 which is too late for her so we have to record it so she can watch it in the morning, she absolutely loves it and has to act it all out and sing over the rainbow, she's a right little actress.

happiness is YOU & ME
It is my wedding anniversary next month and wanted a card for my husband, nothing too slushy. I liked the Kazan's sketch at 2 sketches 4 you and this is what I came up with. someone pointed out that the hearts are upside down, which of course I knew but the punch wouldn't work the other way with the sketch, perhaps I could have turned it. Not sure if upside down hearts mean anything, and if they do My Hubby wouldn't know either.
Everything except the punch is Stampin Up
Punch: Martha Stewart
OCC14 Christmas: Dear Santa....

Posh Frock
As you may know I have been dieting for ages now, and how gone down 3 dress sizes, the downside is that all my posh frocks are massive on me, but I can't bring myself to get rid of them, even though I never ever intend for them to fit me again. Just as well I have nowhere posh to go. having said that I did go to The Ritz last week and wore a new dress then. just as well Brian won a few quid at the casino.
I had a little play with the chipboard dress shape, which was in the goodie bag which I got at the NEC from the lovely Sue and Julie, at Craftworks CardsPaper: Craftworks Card
Dress shape: Craftworks Cards
Flower: Prima
