Card Patterns 12

Well I think it's going to be another lovely day, thought I had better post this card I made for the Card Patterns challenge early, as I have a very busy day playing with Grace, well someones got to do it.She is Angelina Ballerina today and we have to make some cheese pies, Anelina's favourites, so thought I would post this whilst she is eating her breakfast.
The papers are from the Basically Black kit from Craft Work Cards.

Kazan,s Sketch 25

Well, we all need a bright shining star sometimes and the sketch this week on 2 sketches 4 you, is just right for the star in your life. the papers are some I have had for ages from HOTP. I used my Cricut "George" to cut the letters and the stars.

Mojo Monday 84

My 3rd Tilda card today, as I look after my Granddaughter 3 days a week I'm only able to craft a couple of days a week, sometimes at the weekends, so try to do as much as possible in a few days.

In between I try to do the housework and cook meals, if only I had a maid eh! well one can but dream, just as well I don't have a proper job.

I loved the sketch this week at Mojo Monday and as I wanted to try out one of the other new magnolia stamps that I bought, thought I would join in this week.

Just Magnolia Week 2. Pink and green

On Saturday morning my new Magnolia Stamps arrived. just in time for week 2 on the new challenge blog, Just Magnolia .The theme this week is Ping and Green, I just love this colour combination. The papers are from DCWV. The saying is. "Spring is a heart full of hope, and a shoe full of rain."

A few years years ago I happened to say to my lovely daugther-in-law, Rhiannon, that I would love to be able to to do watercolouring, well that christmas I received a huge box of watercolour pencils, and I thought Wow! Well I can't draw for toffee, but now I have discovered a use for them and I am so pleased to have received them, that christmas long ago.

Laura's Sketch 24 & Ewonne's Bonus Sketch

The weather here today is fabulous, it feels like summer, even managed to sit out in the Garden for a while

I just love the sketches this week on 2 sketches 4 you, and managed to do both, this one I made using Basicgrey Cupcake.

What a super design team, Ewonne's sketch this week is adorable, and the card she made is gorgeous. and this is my card this week, I made this with papers from K & Co, Wild Saffron, I adore these papers but haven't used them for ages.

I'm so pleased.

Wow! a first for me, I was so thrilled that I have been featured on the Craftworks Card Blog, I am always hopping over to Kath's blog, and pleased to see her cards featured on there, she is such an inspiration, and the card I made was so inspired by her, so I sent Craftworks card an e-mail and they have posted my card.

Card Patterns 11

The weather here today has been really really nice, hot and sunny, hooray. even saw the first of the ducklings on the lake near where I live, must take my camera with me next time. the card today is for the challenge on Card Patterns. I used some papers from K & Co.

Colour Create 12

I made this a couple of weeks ago and thought it fits right in with the Colour Create Challenge which this week is white, pink and black it even has the bonus polka dots. Hope this counts even though I made it a little while ago.

Just Magnolia Challenge #1

At last it is here, the Just Magnolia Challenge Blog. I am love these stamps and as of yet I only own two, but there is more on their way, which I hope will be with me this week, if not next week you will see the other stamp. I am as yet a stamping novice, but loving it. I used some really old K & Co papers I have had for ages.

Thanks for Spring: Kazan's sketch 24

The weather here today is sunny as was yesterday, makes you think maybe Spring really is here at last, but you know what they say, Don't cast a clout till May is out! So don't turn turn the heating off just yet, which is what I did the other day and had to turn it back on again. Laura's Sketch 23

Happy Easter! Well its been raining all day here which is just about right for a Bank Holiday, Here is my card for Laura's sketch over on my favourite challenge blog 2 sketches 4 you. I used papers from K & Co and the tags were a free gift from this months copy of Quick and Crafty. I though they matched these papers really well.

I heart 2 stamp challenge

While blog hopping I came across this challenge, I heart 2 stamp, si thought I would give the sketch ago. Yesterday I had a parcel from Craft work cards containing there project of the month Basically black and some new stamps the one I used is Botanics, whcih I stamped and embossed in siver and also stamp and embossed the flower with the stamp from Choko.

Sorry for the bad photo, I never seem to get it right.
