At last I had time to make a card, I have looked after Grace for the last 3 days and last night she had a sleep over, we went to see Nanny McPhee and the Big Bang, it's not ofton we get to see a kid's film and I really enjoyed it and so did Grace,

Love the sketch this week on Card Patterns, this is a classic one I'm sure I will use over & over. We have a wedding to go to soon so thought I would a card for the occasion. I hand cut and glittered the flowers and added pearls.

It a friends wedding Anniversary later in the week so I made this for them. Lucky lady, her husband is taking her to Paris, I'm sure she will love it. When it was our silver wedding anniversary Brian took me to Paris, it was my first visit there and it is certainly the city of love.

June is also the month of Our 39th Wedding Anniversary so thought I would make a card for my darling hubby. Not sure weather my card qualifies for the Ultimate Card or not. The papers are by K & Co, "Wild Raspberry"

The theme this week on Just Magnolia is to make a shaped card, I used papers from DCWV "The Spring Stack" and tranfer shapes from doodlbug which I glittered.

The sketch this week on Card Patterns is by 20 yr old Peter van Tilburg peter is from Holland and a very talented young man with a style all his own, I think a Tim Holtz in the making here. I used some papers that I have had sitting in my draw since I first started crafting, so thought it was about time I used some of them, and the die cut squares fit in perfectly.

Hope you are all having a lovely relaxing Bank Holiday weekend, A great sketch over on Just Magnolia this week. What is it about these Stamps, I love them and think they are cute, but sometimes I think they are missing a face, and want to draw it in. I used K & Co papers.

Despite the fact that I've had a busy week so far and hubby being at home, managed my 2nd challenge this week and it is Kazan's turn this week over on 2 sketches 4 you. The range is from K & Co and so is the flourish which is a sticky peel off which you add glitter to.

Love Card

I made this card the other day for a neigbours who wanted a card for her hubby, though she returned it to me as she siad it wasn't to her taste, well she said she didn't want anything soppy and not much else so I had to guess. Not to worry I'm sure it will get used, or I will be able to sell it for Rhiannon's charity collection.
